CLEXOCONPLAST-IWC is a ready to use aqueous solution of highly purified Lignosulphonateand a catalyst which promotes a more rapid and complete hydration of cement. Thisaction helps in making the Concrete/ mortar more dense thereby reducing porosity andgenerating waterproofing properties.

It is used in ready mix plants, blocks, concrete and all sorts of mortar where less porosityis of utmost importance. It produces a plastic concrete that is more workable, easier toplace and more finish able.The application temperature should be between 5°C to 45°C. Application procedures may vary slightly depending upon site conditions. The generalrecommended guidelines for the application of the waterproofing system are as follows:
DIRECTION FOR USE:-
CLEXOCONPLAST-IWC should be added to the concrete mix/ cement mortar during the mixing cycleat the same time as the water and the aggregates. Never add CLEXOCONPLAST-IWC to the dry cement.
§ Mix 150 ml. to 300 ml. Per 50 kgs. Bag ofcement.
§ Optimum dosage is 200 ml per bag of cement.
§ Mix CLEXOCONPLAST-IWC directly into the gaugingwater.
§ Where mixing with gauging water is not possibleit should be poured on aggregate in the feeder.
§ DO NOT ADD CLEXOCONPLAST-IWC DIRECTLY TO THE CEMENT.
EFFECTS OF OVER DOSAGE
A severe over-dosage of CLEXOCONPLAST-IWC will result in the following:
• Retardation of initial set.
• Increase in air entrainment.
• Increase in workability

CLEXOADMIX-KRYST works by crystallization process. Unlike other integral water proofers this is not a mere plasticizing admixture hence it ensures good waterproofing success during concreting itself.
CLEXOADMIX-KRYST does not alter the setting time of the cement in any way. This can be used in any season irrespective of temperature conditions which are within recommendation of the concreting practice codes.
CLEXOADMIX-KRYST is alkaline in nature hence it preserves the alkaline nature of concrete surrounding the reinforcing steel.
CLEXOADMIX-KRYST is an integral waterproofing admixture to produce water tight concrete. CLEXOCONPLAST-SP601 is Brown solution based on selective Polymers to produced high workability concrete without loss of strength. It promotes high and early ultimate strength by taking advantage of water reduction whilst maintaining workability.

COMPATIBILITY
It can be used with all types of cement except high
Alumina cement. Site trial should be carried out to optimize dosages.
Workability:
Can be used to produce flowing concrete requires no compaction. Some minor adjustments may
be required to produce high workable mix without segregation.
Water Content: Mix 20-25% less water than required.
Cohesion: Cohesion is improved due to dispersion of Cement particles thus minimizing segregation and
improve surface finish.
Compressive strength: Early compressive strength this increased upto 20% if water reduction is taken advantage of. Generally, there is improvement of strength upto 20% depending upon water to cementation and other mix parameters.
Durability: Reduction in water to cement ration enables increase in density and impreamibility thus enhancing durability of concrete.

CLEXOCONPLAST-SP801 is a High Range Water Reducing Admixture for High performance, High strength and durable concrete. It is based on a Polycarboxylate Ether (PCE) Polymer. The main polymer backbone has carboxyl groups for the adsorption on the surface of cement particles and alkoxy polyether lateral chains that keep the particles physically away from each other. This phenomenon of separating discrete solid agglomerating particles is known as Steris Hindrance. This result in superior fluidity of the mixture combined with better retention of workability (slump) as compared to the conventional super plasticizers based on Naphthalene or Melamine formaldehyde polycondensates. CLEXOCONPLAST-SP801comprises of particles less than 1/50 the size of cement grains, and is synthesized through ionic Polymerization in nano-scale.
CLEXOCONPLAST-SP801 is a High Range Super plasticizer (water reduction up to 40% in control concrete) with superior cement dispersion ability to provide extremely high slump values, even to concrete mixtures with water-to-cement ratio of less than 0.30.
CLEXOCONPLAST-SP801 can provide slump retention of more than 120 minutes after mixing at higher than ambient temperatures (35˚C or more).§ CLEXOCONPLAST-SP801is highly dosage efficient – a much smaller dosage as compared to conventional superplasticizer is only sufficient.
§ CLEXOCONPLAST-SP801imparts high flow ability to the mixture so as to fill the formwork under its own weight (self-compacting ability) without any voids or segregation of aggregates. This self-compacting concrete (SCC) maintains fluidity for longer period sun like conventional Superplasticizer that suffer rapid slump loss.
§ CLEXOCONPLAST-SP801can be used as a pumpabilityenhancer combined with plasticizing effect which allows high range water reduction leading to phenomenal increase in compressive strength, impermeability and durability.
§ CLEXOCONPLAST-SP801has no effect on the setting time of concretes and develops high early strength that allows rapid progress in large scale civil engineering applications.
§ CLEXOCONPLAST-SP801is ideal for pre-cast and prestressedconcrete products. The very high fluidity of the concrete mixtures facilitated by CLEXOCONPLAST-SP801 results in smooth surfaces on removal of formwork.§ Range: 400 ml – 1200 ml per 100 kg cement.
§ (0.4% to 1.2% [v/w])
§ As with most commodity concrete additives, the efficiency obtained by the use of CLEXOCONPLAST-SP801 is dependent on dosage, water to-cement ratio, the nature of constituent materials such as cement, fly ash and
ground granulated blast furnace slag. The type of cement, its fineness and the C A (tricalciumaluminate)
content are important parameters that influence the performance of the chemical admixture.§ It is therefore necessary to assess the performance of concrete in its conditions of placing to arrive at optimum dosage of CLEXOCONPLAST-SP801 to ensure desirable plastic and hardened concrete properties.
EFFECTS OF OVER DOSAGE
An over dose of double the recommended amount of CLEXOCONPLAST-SP801 will result in very high workability and some retardation of setting time will occur. However, the ultimate compressive strength will not be impaired.
