Method-1PRIMINGIf substrate is porous, it is best to use CLEXOCRETE-CWC PRIMER Penetrating Primer prior to CLEXOELAST-LCB/LCW          application. APPLICATION & CLEANING OF TOOLSCLEXOELAST-LCB/LCW can be applied by spray or brush, embedding glass fiber scrim in areas which require reinforcement. Allow to dry and apply another coat to give an overall consumption of approximately 1.2-1.6kg/m2. Do not apply if rain is threatening, as CLEXOELAST-LCB/LCW is not resistant to rain until fully dry.Recommended: - 2-3 CoatsClean tools and equipment with water after use.DETAILED APPLICATION PROCEDURE·         Prime the surface with CLEXOELAST-LCB PRIMER. In Ration, (1kgs CLEXOELAST-LCB/LCW: 1kgs Water) @0.15-0.2kgs/Sqmt/Coat.·         After the primer coat is completely dried apply three coats of CLEXOELAST-LCB/LCW. It is recommended to apply the 2-3 coats after the previous coat is totally cured. @ 0.5kgs/Sqmt/Coat.·         For better results use CLEXO GLASS FIBRE MESH/REINFORCEMENT embedded into 1st coat of CLEXOELAST-LCB/LCW while still wet.·         CLEXOELAST-LCB/LCW could be diluted up till 10 – 15% for 1st coat & 2nd coat and 5 – 10 % for 3rd coat to make material workable and get the desired coverage.All brushes and tools should be cleaned by water immediately after use
