CLEXOELAST-LCBOVERVIEW

CLEXOELAST-LCB is a single component liquid applied coating. CLEXOELAST-LCB is high performance waterproofing liquid coating that dries to form a tough and flexible impermeable coating. CLEXOELAST-LCB is a cold applied liquid waterproofing membrane. Specially designed from a blend of special resin and rubber reinforced with special water-repelling filler it is a blend of tropical grade bitumen emulsion with modification using pure acrylic polymer.

PROPERTIES

• Single Component, Cold Applied and Highly Elongation Rubber like Membrane.
• No mixing or heating required. Save labour coat.
• Highly Resistance to oxidation, UV & ozone.
• Fast drying, easy to apply by brush, spray or rollers and High flexibility.
• Ensures durable bond & resists peeling, and chipping hence lasts longer.
• Excellent crack bridging capacity up to 2mm width.

AREAS OF USE

• CLEXOELAST-LCB applied for waterproofing of roof slabs, terraces, balconies, sun shades, parapet walls, etc.
• Suitable for horizontal and vertical wells.
• CLEXOELAST-LCB is optimally suitable for application on structures having complicated geometry like domes, arches, shells, folded, plates, paraboloids, corrugated sheets, etc.
• Useful on concrete terrace gardens, swimming polls, basements, metal, plastic, etc.
• Excellent crack bridging capacity upto 2mm width.

HEALTH & SAFETY

As with all chemicals, caution should always be exercised. avoid prolonged contact with eyes and skin.

Protective clothing such as gloves and goggles should be worn. See the relevant material safety data sheet for more information.

PACKING & STORAGE

CLEXOELAST-LCB is available in 5kg & 20kg plastic pails.

Shelf life is 12 months in unpinned container. store containers in a clean dry area protected from direct Sunlight and extreme heat and cold.

CLEXOLATEX-SBROVERVIEW

CLEXOLATEX-SBR is a single component water based emulsion of a modified SBR (Styrene-Butadiene-Rubberized) based polymer, consisting of polymer and liquid additives. it is used for the repair of spelled concrete- floors, columns, beams, chajja's, slabs & waterproofing of toilets & bathrooms, small terraces etc.it develops an excellent bond to most building material hence becoming a part of concrete repair. CLEXOLATEX-SBR can be used as bonding agent also. As it bonds strongly to old & new concrete and plasters.

• CLEXOLATEX-SBR is a multipurpose & economical products, easy to use.
• It prevents cracking by improving flexural strength.
• Reduces drying & aging shrinkage cracks.
• As a bonding agent for old to new concrete.
• It can be used for making of cement based waterproofing slurry that is flexible and can be used as coating for control of efflorescence.

• As bonding agent for plaster, concreting (old to new), stucco and cement slurry bond coat.
• Suitable for general concrete repairs as concrete admixture. It gives excellent bond strength.
• For waterproofing can be used of basements, bridge decks, water tank, toilet, terraces, roofs swimming pools, etc.
